The Levart Distribution Systems Pty Ltd distribution model is based on increasing the number of distribution options for accommodation providers to increase sales. We do this in a number of ways:

• The Property's Website & Booking Engine

  The website allows for the efficient distribution of information about the property. The Booking Engine facilitates the sale of the rooms available at the property.

  Bookings made directly on the property website do not attract any additional fees or charges. This encourages the property to promote its website address to encourage direct sales. It is the property's most cost effective distribution channel.

• Client Profiles

  Provide the ability for the property to issue confidential client rates. The client will access the rates via a user name and password. They will be the only ones who are able to view the special rates. The property is able to create a one on one relationship with the client.

• Portals

  The Levart Distribution Systems Pty Ltd distribution model requires all sites to be hosted on the one web server. This provides us and the property with many advantages. We are able to provide accommodation search facilities on third party sites that will enable the user to locate and book accommodation around Australia.

  The system permits us to have an unlimited number of portals of which we have three types:

  • General Portals - the general rate is available to users.
  • Members Portals – where the property is able to nominate a special rate that will only be available through member’s portals and is accessible through a user name and password. These rates would be available on all member portals.
  • Client Profiles Portals – Provide for the distribution of negotiated rates through special client profile portals

   

• Traditional Internet Marketing v Satellite Internet Marketing

  Traditional website distribution systems require considerable promotion to encourage site visitation. This can be expensive and in a large number of cases meets with limited success. The Levart Distribution Systems Pty Ltd model places the search facility onto sites that are already well known and that generally have a large membership base. We have termed our distribution model Satellite Internet Marketing

• Search Engines

  Whilst not guaranteeing that the property will be on the top of the search engine page results, we provide the necessary Website Optimisation for the site to be optimised to be found by the search engines. Search Engine Optimisation is a specialised field and we can provide assistance and can recommend organisations that specialise in this area.
